Open Space
The Whitpain Township Open Space Plan adopted in December 1995 identifies township owned open space and parkland.
You’ll find our “passive” parks designed to promote the quiet leisure of walking and bird watching. Amenities are usually limited to trash recepticals, bench seating, and, at some locations, a designated walking path.
