“To Protect and Serve” is the Whitpain Township Police Department’s goal, not just the Police Department’s motto.
The Police Department, under the leadership of Chief Mark A. Smith, is committed to providing protection and services within the Township on a 24-hour-a-day basis with a strong emphasis on community awareness. The quality of police service is often judged by the response of the police. It is more dependent on the police working with the community in a method that provides effective and efficient policing.
