Sewer Rentals
Sewer rental bills are mailed quarterly to property owners. Bills are due in 30 days. A 10 percent penalty is added after 30 days.
Residential rates are $85 per quarter. Commercial rates are $150 for up to 12,000 gallons and $7.30 per additional 1,000 gallons.
How do I get a sewer certification?

- Sale or Refinance
- Current owner’s name
- New owner’s name
