The Board of Supervisors recognized St. Helena’s Church on their 100th anniversary at a Board Meeting in July. Initially founded in 1919 by Father Francis Higgins, the church has experienced tremendous growth over the years. The current pastor, Monsignor Joseph Nicolo attended the Board meeting along with members of the 100th Anniversary Committee to accept the proclamation.
